My Leadership History - Coach/mentor
Introduction: competency 2B + 5
Mentor and coach are essential skills and part of my success when talking, instructing, and directing my followers. Over the years, I have used and applied my skills, including multicultural knowledge and expertise as a leader, to train, influence, and conduct people and businesses to achieve better results. Thus, my leadership history presents a combination of skills that were/are essential to understand the steps involved in my leadership role.
What is it for?
Mentor/coach, is defined as the process where “leadership promotes relationships that are trust-centered, providing the kind of empowerment that results in personal and performance improvement toward satisfying mutual objectives” (Leadership & Learning Plan – LLP, 2011-12, p. 36)
