Ethics, Values & Spirituality (EVS)
Introduction: competency 1B
Ethics (E), values (V), and spirituality(S) are guidelines for my life. Whatever I do, wherever I am, the triple EVS are the shadows that are attached to me. As a leader in a variety of areas like father, family/home, spiritual, educational, music and business my vision is to share and apply core values and take the right decisions towards them. Not only that, I have to go deep and understand the scholarly works relating to ethics, values and spirituality and how these EVS relate to my leadership style.
What is it for?
Leadership functions from a set of principles and standards that guides work and relationships (Leadership & Learning Plan – LLP, p. 19)
